Four days at sea aboard Royal Caribbean’s Wonder of the Seas.
The community that healed together in 2026 is setting sail again — and there’s a place for you.
In May 2026, STAR Network set sail with survivors, advocates, clinicians and families on a journey no conference room could ever hold. Against the backdrop of the open ocean, healing happened in the most unexpected, human ways.
The 2027 voyage carries that spirit forward — a safe, joyful community at sea where you are seen, supported, and never alone.
Thank you so much John & Jamie for your hard work, openness and commitment to the healing process for all of us STARs!! It was wonderful to be on this cruise with so many beautiful healing hearts 🥰
2026 All-STAR Community Cruise STAR
I attended the inaugural 2026 cruise. It was an all round positive experience. I am so glad I made the decision to invest in myself and take this time. From the facilitated meetings, to the group dinners, the deep dive chats either my co-cruisers and the ship itself.. wow it was fantastic. Add in all the bonus surprises like the group lunch with Richard Grannon, the books, the swag! I’m already thinking about next year!
2026 All-STAR Community Cruise STAR
I attended the All Star Cruise in May, 2026 which was a life changing event for me. It was so freeing to be amongst others who literally lived a life similar to mine. Meeting them helped me shed another layer of isolation off me. I do feel even more “healed and joyful“ since the cruise and now chat with other fellowship members via phone/text often. There are not enough words to describe how thankful and grateful I am that this fellowship exists.
2026 All-STAR Community Cruise STAR
We board in Miami, FL and cast off into the Atlantic. The first sail-away gathering sets the tone — this is your community now.
Royal Caribbean’s private island, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Beaches, sunshine and a STAR community gathering on the sand.
Ashore 7:30 AM–5:30 PM. Explore Nassau or stay aboard for on-board meetings, recovery sessions and rest.
We dock back in Miami carrying a renewed sense of purpose — and a community you can hold onto long after the gangway.
One of the largest ships in the world — an AquaTheater, a living Central Park, soaring solariums, ice spectaculars and pool decks for days.
High dive shows under the open sky
12,000+ living plants at sea
The cruise is the setting; community is the point. Here’s what’s waiting between the ports.
Richard Grannon and Dr. Jamie Huysman return with thought-provoking dialogue on narcissistic abuse and resilience — out on the open ocean.
Daily on-board meetings give attendees a consistent, safe, peer-supported space for sharing and co-regulation throughout the voyage.
Under the stars, survivors share lived experience with vulnerability and courage — reminding every listener they are never alone.
The sail-away circle, the group photo on the island, the closing homecoming — moments that turn strangers into a STAR family.
Healing doesn't always happen in a therapist's office.
Sometimes it happens when you meet someone who understands your pain — and the ocean becomes your sanctuary.— Dr. Jamie Huysman

STAR Network® (formerly TAR Network) is a 501(c)(3) foundation dedicated to bringing worldwide awareness and treatment to those whose emotional reality has been distorted by narcissistic abuse.
The mission of STAR Network is to support those who are going through or emerging from TAR (Toxic Abusive Relationships) come out of the fog and into the light.
TAR Anon® is a STAR-powered international fellowship and recovery program where STARs (Survivors of Toxic Abusive Relationships) share their lived experiences in a neuro-safe, non-judgmental setting for those experiencing the emotional battlefield and collateral damage stemming from TAR.
The All-STAR Cruise is intentionally designed for survivors, caregivers, advocates, clinicians, and leaders to create a space where lived experience and clinical expertise walk side by side together in a beautiful, relaxing, supportive environment.
Your gift of at least $25 will help us present this transformative experience and continue TAR Anon, our free Virtual Recovery Program for people trying to heal from transgenerational trauma and toxic abuse. Only through your generosity can we bring healing, hope, and lasting global change all around us – creating a less toxic world for our children and our children’s children.
If you do not break the family trauma, the family trauma will break you.
