The Living Recovery Program© is a comprehensive and affordable trauma approach to recovery from TAR and other pathological relationships. The Living Recovery Program© (LRP) consists of 52 weeks of trauma-specific techniques to help survivors:

  • Create a strong recovery, avoid what worsens trauma, and become TAR-proof
  • Regulate emotions and intrusive thoughts 
  • Prevent re-victimization and re-targeting
  • Understand the relationship dynamics and spot TAR in the future
  • Link to a monthly group call to address specific recovery issues
  • Learn trauma and cognitive dissonance reduction techniques for better management of triggering events
  • Access a private Facebook group for ongoing support

The program is jam-packed with techniques for reducing your symptoms, audios, videos, worksheets, self-care approaches, skills in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and other proven methods effective in narcissistic abuse recovery. The subscription is billed at $33.00 per month, and survivors can cancel at any time. Upon completion, the 2nd Step Recovery Program can help continue their support and recovery.
