Recharge & Recover at Sea!
May 1-4, 2026
Miami → Nassau → Great Stirrup Cay → Miami
Join this 4-day transformational journey of healing, renewal, and connection.
For too many people, healing feels like a distant shore. Now, with this cruise, that shore draws near – not as a way to escape, but as a path to transformation.
We’re bringing together a compassionate mix of voices – from mental health professionals and suicide prevention trainers to survivor advocates, peer mentors and educators to bridge clinical wisdom with real-life experience, blending science, storytelling, and community healing.
We’ll embark together on a four-day journey that will redefine what mental-health awareness can look like.
If this mission speaks to you, we invite you to step aboard.
Book a private cabin, bring a group of up to four, or let STAR Network coordinate a roommate match so you can dive into the social scene from day one.
“Healing doesn’t always happen in a therapist’s office. Sometimes it happens when you meet someone who understands your pain - and the ocean becomes your sanctuary.”
Dr. Jamie Huysman
